摘要
法律本身所具有的权力使得译者在翻译过程中处处小心,他们必须从语用学指别的角度对司法语言中人称指别的角色定位,语篇指别的自指话语中的指称,以及社会指别的头衔等角度,充分体现司法语言的权力意志,还必须顾及英汉法律文化的差异,才能在翻译过程中尽量减少权力缺失。
According to legislative language,judicial language can also realize the power attached with law.The power in the judicial language is analyzed and studied from the perspective of deixis where personal deixis,discourse deixis and social deixis are mainly introduced and applied with examples.The translator who translates the judicial language,especially oral speaking,is required to take into account this power which is implied in legal culture.
