摘要
分析了集棉器的数学模型,通过在EJM128K型环锭细纱机上应用不同开口尺寸规格的集棉器纺制CJ 9.7tex和CJ 7.3tex纱,并对纱线的毛羽、强力、条干等各项指标进行对比分析。指出:合理使用集棉器,能显著降低中细号纱的成纱毛羽,提高成纱强力,特别是适于须条不是很好、边缘纤维较多的品种;使用集棉器时应注意积棉、跑偏、卡死等问题。
Analysis is done to the math matrix of the condenser.Through the trial production of yarn CJ 9.7 tex and CJ 7.3 tex with the ring frame EJM128K with varieties of sheds of the condenser,conclusion is made that proper use of the condenser can markedly reduce hairiness of yarn with medium or fine count,increase the strength of yarn.It is applicable for the general sliver with poor marginal fiber.It is recommended to avoid the problems such as condensed contton,deflected operation,and the stuck.
