转速对甲醇HCCI燃烧特性的影响试验研究

摘要 在一台双缸4冲程柴油机上实现了甲醇均质压燃的试验,分析了发动机转速对甲醇均质压燃燃烧特性的影响。试验结果表明:过量空气系数和进气温度一定的情况下,随着发动机转速在一定范围内的升高,缸内压力、压力升高率和放热率均有所升高,且存在一个最佳的转速,使得压力、压力升高率和放热率处在较好的水平。 An experiment of HCCI combustion characteristics fueled with methanol is done on a double-cylinder, four strokes diesel engine. The influence of engine speed on combustion characteristic of HCCI combustion is analyzed. Results indicate: when excessive air coefficient and intake temperature are constant, cylinder pressure, pressure increase rate and heat release rate are raised with the increase of engine speed within limits, and there is an optimal engine speed which can make the cylinder pressure, pressure increase rate and heat release rate at an optimal level.
