摘要
应用免疫组化方法检测３３例脑膜瘤组织中血管内皮细胞生长因子（ＶＥＧＦ）蛋白表达，根据颅脑ＭＲＩ或ＣＴ扫描估计瘤周脑水肿程度。结果：脑膜瘤ＶＥＧＦ表达率７５％，４例可疑表达，表达系数（Ｘ±Ｓ）为２０３±０９６，脑水肿系数（Ｘ±Ｓ）为２３９±１２７，ＶＥＧＦ蛋白表达与ＰＶＢＥ存在相关关系（ｒ＝０７３５２，ｐ＜０００１）。证明ＶＥＧＦ存在于脑膜瘤组织中，在瘤周脑水肿方面发挥重要作用。
