摘要
本着节约用血和安全用血的需要，我院采取一些改进措施，在施行的８６例体外循环心脏手术中，２５例不输血，６１例少输血，节约用血量达８万ｍｌ。结果表明通过麻醉、机器、手术，监护等人员的共同努力和密切配合，既可节约大量异体血液，又可避免输血的不良反应减少以血液传播途径的传染病发生。
To report the modified techniques of blood conservation in eighty six patients with open heart surgery.In these cases,twenty five patients didnt use homologous blood and sixty one patients used less blood than the patients who didnt use the techniques.The techniques of blood conservation were safe and effective,which might not only save the homologous blood but also avoid the possible risks from blood transfusion.
