The paper makes comperhensive and sysematic analysis of the effect of the determination of ambient temperature, the sample extraction time, sample standing time, titration process and other factors on the determination results of paddy and corn fatty acid value, explores the influencing factors, and proposes the measures and recommendations on this basis.
