摘要
目的 :提高对多房性囊性肾瘤的认识 ,熟悉对该病的诊断和治疗方法。方法 :回顾性分析 2例本病患者的临床资料并结合文献讨论本病的诊断和治疗。结果 :1例接受了患肾切除术 ,另 1例接受了肿瘤切除术。结论 :对儿童患者的治疗以患肾切除术为主 。
Purpose: To improve the diagnosis and treatment of multilocular cystic nephroma.Methods:Clinical data of 2 cases of multilocular cystic nephroma were reviewed and discussed in combination with the relevant literature.Results:A patient underwent nephrectomy and the other, resection of the tumor. Conclusions: A definite diagnosis depends on histopathological examination. The treatment for multiocular cystic nephroma in most children is nephrectomy, whereas in adults, partial nephrectomy or resection of the tumor is more feasible.
