摘要
目的 :为了探讨射麻止喘液对支气管哮喘气管炎症的抑制作用。方法 :将 4 8只豚鼠随机分为 5组 ,观察射麻止喘液对豚鼠血浆及肺组织内皮素 (ET)水平及对肺组织嗜酸性粒细胞的浸润的影响。结果 :射麻止喘液可以降低血浆及肺组织ET水平 ,并可抑制豚鼠肺组织嗜酸性粒细胞的浸润。结论
Objective:To observe the anti inflammatory effects of Shema Zhichuan Oral Liquid. Method:48 guinea pigs were randomly divided into 5 groups and induced by inhaling aerosolized ovalbumin as the model of asthma to investigate the ET level in plasma and lung tissues and infiltration of eosinphilic graulocyte in lung tissues.Result:The ET level was decreased in both plasma and lung tissues,in comparision with the asthma group (P<0.01),and eosinphilic graulocyte infiltration is inhibited.Conclusion:Shema Zhichuan Oral Liquid could provide anti inflammatory effects.
