摘要
目的观察手术切除治疗眼睑黄色瘤同时应用口服斯伐他汀片的远期疗效。方法对28例眼睑黄色瘤合并眼睑松弛的患者手术切除同时应用口服斯伐他汀片治疗,随访2～5年。结果本组随访24例,时间2～5年,获随访者术后,重睑自然,皮肤平整,黄色瘤均无复发。结论手术切除治疗眼睑黄色瘤同时应用口服斯伐他汀片,手术简单易行,术后重睑自然,皮肤平整,且无明显瘢痕形成及复发,这可能与应用斯伐他汀降低血脂有关。
Objective To analyze the clinical long-term effect of surgical treatment of xanthelasma by oral Simvastatin.Methods Totally 28 casas with eyelid xanthelasma and chalastodermia were treated with surgery and oral Simvastatin observed two to five years.Results In two to five years,24 casas had doubling eyelid nature.Xanthelasma had no recurrence rate.Conclusions The comprehensive therapy including surgery and oral Simvastatin was convenient and no recurrence rate,which could produce ideal effect.
