摘要
目的观察复方甘草酸苷治疗各种肝炎的临床疗效。方法将130例不同肝炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组针对不同肝炎给予不同药物的基础上,治疗组加复方甘草酸苷治疗,观察比较2组生化指标及临床症状改善情况。结果生化指标ALT(丙氨酸氨基转移酶)、AST(天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶)、TBIL(总胆红素)和临床症状(腹胀、纳差,恶心、呕吐,黄染)改善,为有效,结果治疗组有效率为98.48%,对照组有效率为85.94%,治疗组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论用复方甘草酸苷联合治疗各种肝炎效果更优。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect Of Compound Glycyrrhizin in the treatment of various hepatitis.Methods Totally 130 patients with different hepatitis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,two groups of different hepatitis give different drugs on the basis of the treatment group combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin treatment,were compared between the two groups of biochemical indices and clinical symptoms.Results Biochemical index method of ALT（alanine aminotransferase）,AST（aspartate amino transferase）,TBIL（total bilirubin） and clinical symptoms（Huang Ran,bloating,anorexia,nausea,vomiting） improved effectively,the efficiency is 98.48%,the curative effect in treatment group than in control group（P0.05）.Conclusions Compound Glycyrrhizin in the treatment of various hepatitis is better.
