摘要
目的比较血管内对比剂钆贝葡胺MultiHence(Gd-BOPTA)与血管外对比剂钆双胺(Gd-DTPA-BMA)在3.0T对比增强全心冠状动脉血管成像(CE-CMRA)显示冠状动脉的图像质量和冠状动脉节段的显示率。方法对30例符合本研究要求的患者进行冠状动脉3.0TCE-CMRA检查,随机分为A、B两组。A组15例,使用血管内对比剂钆贝葡胺;B组15例,使用血管外对比剂钆双胺;对比A、B两组患者CE-CMRA图像的信噪比(SNR)、对比噪声比(CNR)以及冠状动脉节段的显示率。结果 30例均顺利完成冠状动脉CE-CMRA扫描,均未出现对比剂不良反应。A组图像SNR、CNR分别为157.48±64.21及139.77±63.56;B组图像的SNR、CNR分别为71.56±33.21及50.75±29.71。A组图像的SNR和CNR均明显高于B组(P=0.008,P=0.005)。两组在可评价节段总和上有统计学差异,以左回旋支远段为著(P=0.027)。结论 CE-CMRA成像使用血管内对比剂钆贝葡胺在图像质量和显示冠状动脉节段优于血管外对比剂钆双胺。
Objective: To compare the image quality and display of coronary artery segments between intravascular contrast agents gadobenate dimeglumine and extravascular contrast agents gadoxetic acid at 3.0 T contrastenhanced whole-heart coronary magnetic resonance angiography (CE CMRA ) prospectively. Materials and Methods: Thirty patients which complied with the requirements were randomly divided into Group A (15 cases, with intravascular contrast agents gadobenate dimeglumine) and Group B ( 15 cases, with the blood vessels contrast agents gadoxetic acid). All cases were underwent CE CMRA at 3.0 T MRI scanner. Statistical analysis was performed in signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), contrast-to-noise ratio (CNR) and display of coronary artery segments. Results: CE CMRA was perlbrmed successfully in 30 cases. The SNR and CNR in Group A was 157.48±64.21 and 139.77±63.56, respectively. They were 71.56±33.21 and 50.75±29.71 in group B, respectively. The difference was significant (P=0.008, P=-0.005). The difference was also tbund in the display of coronary artery segments between two groups, especially, between the distal of the circumflex segments (P=0.027). Conclusion: Gadobenate dimeglumine can provide better image quality than gadoxetic acid in CE CMRA.
