摘要
对淹水逆境下越桔叶片的电解质相对渗出率值、丙二醛含量、可溶性总糖含量、含水量进行了研究。结果表明 :在淹水逆境下 ,越桔叶片的电解质相对渗出率值、丙二醛含量、可溶性总糖含量升高 ,且耐淹水能力弱的品种的变化幅度大于耐淹水能力强的品种 ;
Variation of plasmic membrane permeability and MDA content and fusibility total sugar and water content under flooding treatment were studied in leaves of blueberry The results showed that plasmic membrane permeability and MDA content and fusibility total sugar in leaves of blueberry was increased with prolonged the treating time under flooding treatment The plasmic membrane permeability of the lower flooding tolerance ability cultivar is significantly higher than that of the higher flooding tolerance ability cultivar And the same varies tendency in MDA content and fusibility total sugar content in leaves of blueberry under flooding treatment The water content in leaves of blueberry was decreased under flooding treatment
