摘要
目的考察Origin和SigmaPlot软件对人食管癌细胞系EC9706照射后细胞存活曲线的拟合效果。方法分别用Origin和SigmaPlot软件的曲线拟合功能对人食管癌细胞系EC9706的细胞存活曲线进行多靶单击模型、线性二次模型的曲线拟合,并比较两种软件的拟合效果。结果两种软件以上述两种数学模型拟合的细胞存活曲线都有意义,其决定系数均大于0.95。结论 Origin和SigmaPlot软件拟合细胞存活曲线的效果高度一致,是放射生物学拟合细胞存活曲线的有效方法。
【Objective】 To compare the fitting effects of Origin and SigmaPlot for cell survival curves of human esophageal carcinoma EC9706 cells.【Methods】 Cell survival curves of human esophageal carcinoma EC9706 cells was carried out with single-hit multi-target model and linear-quadratic model by curve fitting function of Origin and SigmaPlot.The effects of the fitting were compared to show which software was much better.【Results】 All the cell survival curves fitted by Origin and SigmaPlot with the two fore-mentioned models were significant,and all the coefficients of determination exceeded 0.95.【Conclusion】 The fitting effects of cell survival curves by Origin and SigmaPlot are supreme coincident.Both of the software are effective on fitting cell survival curves in radiobiology.
