摘要
孕妇感染风疹病毒可引起胎儿先天性畸形,称为先天性风疹综合征(CongenitalRubellaSyndrome,CRS)。不同孕周感染风疹病毒导致的畸形发生率和敏感器官也不同。现就CRS的研究进展,以及不同免疫策略对CRS的影响,做一简要综述。
Pregnant women could cause fetus malformation, which is called congenital rubella syndrome by infected Rubella virus. The morbidity and the targeted organ are different depending on the difference of gestational weeks. In this article, the progress of study, effect of different immunization strategies will he reviewed.
