摘要
目的:建立测定大青盐中钾、钙和镁含量的方法。方法:采用标准加入法,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定大青盐中微量钾、钙和镁的含量。结果:钾、镁的进样浓度均在0.4~10.0mg.L-1,钙在0.4~30.0mg.L-1范围内遵循朗伯比尔定律;钾、钙、镁的平均加样回收率分别为109.6%、101.8%、94.7%,RSD分别为2.43%、2.81%、5.00%(n均为9)。结论:该方法专属性强、简便易行、灵敏度高,可用于矿物药大青盐中微量钾、钙和镁的限量控制。
OBJECTIVE:To establish the method for the content determination of potassium,calcium and magnesium in halitum.METHODS:By using standard join method,the contents of potassium,calcium and magnesium in halitum were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.RESULTS:The results showed that Beer's law was kept in the range of 0.4~10.0 mg·L-1 for potassium and magnesium and 0.4~30.0 mg·L-1 for calcium under certain conditions.Average recoveries were 109.6%(RSD=2.43%,n=9),101.8%(RSD=2.81%,n=9) and 94.7%(RSD=5.00%,n=9).CONCLUSION:The method is specific,simple and sensitive.It can be used for the limit control of potassium,calcium and magnesium in halitum.
