摘要
通过室内模拟实验,对毛细管力上升法、接触角法和Washburn法等3种气湿性评价方法进行了研究,并讨论了这些方法的特点。结果表明:毛细管力法是一种简单、准确的方法,但气湿性较强时,无法定量地评价气湿性的程度;接触角法可以简单、直观地判断固体表面的气湿性,并且能根据液相接触角的大小,定量地评价表面气湿性;Washburn法能够很简便地评价粉体表面是否存在气湿性,但气湿性较强时,则不能进行定量评价。
Three evaluation methods for gas-wetting including capillary tube method, contact angle method and Washburn method are studied in simulated experiment of laboratory, and their characteristics are presented and discussed. The results show that the capillary tube method is a simple and accurate method, but it can not quantitatively evaluate the strong gas-wetting. While the contact angle method can assess the gas-wetting on the surface of solid briefly and directly, and can quantitatively evaluate the surface gas-wetting according to the contact angle of liquid phase. Washburn method can easily evaluate whether it is gas-wetting on powder surface, while it can not quantitatively evaluate the strong gas-wetting.
