摘要
2007和2008年对水稻光温敏核不育系龙S及其后代进行稻瘟病菌苗期接种鉴定,结果表明:龙S对稻瘟病菌的抗谱较广,对供试26个菌株均表现为高抗,其稻瘟病抗性强于广谱抗瘟基因Pi9的携带亲本75-1-127;龙S的稻瘟病抗性由主效显性基因控制,无论配组所使用的父本品系对接种菌株表现抗、感或高感,龙S的杂种F1代均表现高抗;龙S对菌株RB13的抗性表现为由1对核基因控制的显性遗传。
The inoculation of Magnaporthe oryza strains was conducted onto the seedlings of Long S, a new photope- riod- and thermo-sensitive genic male sterile (PTGMS) line with a wide spectrum of blast resistance in rice, and its filial generations in 2007 and 2008 to identify the blast resistance and its genetic behavior of Long S. The results showed that Long S was highly resistant to all 26 tested strains, indicating its wide spectrum of blast resistance, and its resistance was better than that of the resistant control line carrying Pig, a broad-spectrum blast resistance gene. The genetic analysis showed that the blast resistance of Long S was controlled by major dominant genes. No matter whether the male parents were resistant or susceptible to the tested blast strains, the F1 hybrids of Long S were all highly resistant to the blast strains. Based on the segregation ratio of blast resistance to Strain RB13 in the F2 gener- ations of Long S/CO39 and Long S/R599, it was found that the resistance of Long S to Strain RB13 was controlled by a pair of dominant nuclear genes.
