摘要
基本医疗卫生服务均等化是我国卫生体制改革的重要目标,其关键在于实现城乡基本医疗卫生服务的"均等化"。随着新医改政策的深入开展,昆山市基本医疗卫生服务均等化正逐步推进。文章在阐述基本医疗卫生服务均等化的内涵、现状的基础上,分析研究了昆山市城乡一体化进程中推进基本医疗卫生服务均等化的具体做法、存在问题等,为全面实现城乡基本医疗卫生服务均等化提供了理论依据与实践参考。
The equalization of basic health services is very important to the reformation of the health system in China, and the sticking point lies in the equalization between urban and rural areas. The equalization of basic health services in Kunshan is advancing progressively as the development of the reformation in the health system. Based on the connotation and the actuality of basic health services in Kunshan, the paper analyzes the means and the problems of basic health services in the course of rural-urban integration, and it puts forward useful reference to realizing the all-round development of the equalization in basic health services between urban and rural areas.
