摘要
目的:探讨气管切开患者留置胃管鼻饲的护理要点。方法:对50例气管切开患者病情稳定后进行鼻饲护理。结果:所有患者能保证足够的营养摄入,食物反流7例。结论:注意插管及鼻饲的方法,预防误吸和反流及呼吸道感染,尽早发现应激性溃疡及做好心理护理。
Objective：To discuss the nursing highlights of nasal feeding on the patients undergoing incision of tracheal detaining with the stomach tube.Methods：A total of 50 patients undergoing incision of tracheal were enforced nasal feeding nursing.Results：All the patients were warranted to intake the Nutrition.There were 7 patients suffered from the food backstreaming Conclusions：It is important to pay attention to the methods of intubation tube and nasal feeding to prevent the aspiration,backstreaming and the infection of respiratory tract.It is essential to discover stress ulcer as early as possible and do some psycho-nursing in time.
