摘要
对区域性大型科学仪器设备共享平台构建的意义、构建实施的技术要点（包括相关数据库系统设计原则、栏目设计等）以及共享平台应具备的区域特色进行论述，对平台构建与应用中碰到的困难进行分析，最后对促进平台发展提出若干建议。
The paper expounds the significance of constructing the Information Sharing Platform of Regional Scientific Instruments, its architecture design, implementation of construction tasks （including related system design）. It is recommended that the sharing platform should have features in compliance with regional demand. Some problems in constructing the platform are raised with solutions to them provided. Finally, some suggestions are made for the further development of the platform.
