摘要
公安信息化建设使警务活动与现代科技的关系将越来越紧密,警务指挥中心的自动化、智能化、信息化的程度越来越高。透视公安机关近几年警务作战的过程,使我们不难看出,公安信息化建设对警务指挥活动的渗透与冲击是全方位的。因此,探索现代信息化条件下,对公安警务指挥中心的要求,构建高效的警务指挥中心,不断提高警务实战指挥控制的效能。
Public security information construction will closely connect police work with modem science and technology. Police commanding center is getting to better automation, intelligence and information. From the analysis on the course of the policing in the latest years, we see the wholly infiltration and collision of public security information construction into police command activities. Therefore, to explore the public security information and the requirement of the police commanding center is helpful in improving the efficiency of policing command control.
