摘要
通过改变化学反应温度 ,制得了成分可表述为 F e82 Px B1 8-x( 2 .4≤ x≤ 10 .1)的系列超细非晶合金微粒 .当反应温度由 -7℃升至 2 8℃时 ,磷含量由 10 .1%逐渐下降至 2 .4% ,而硼含量则由 8.7%逐渐上升至13 .1% .穆斯堡尔谱等实验结果表明 ,合金中存在 Fe-P间的择优键合 .
A series of Fe-P-B ultrafine amorphous alloy power samples, which can be expressed approximately as Fe_82P_xB_18-x(2.4≤x≤10.1), have been chemically prepared. As the reaction temperature was raised from -7 ℃ to 28 ℃, the P contents decreased gradually from 10.1% to 2.4%, while the B contents increased gradually from 8.7% to 13.1%, Mssbauer experimental results indicates that there is a preferential bonding of Fe-P to Fe-B in the samples.
