EDTA与苗木生根灵对栾树吸收Mn、Pb的交互影响 被引量:2

摘要 通过分析湘潭锰矿区矿渣废弃地土壤的理化性质和重金属含量,将矿区尾泥与自然土壤按照1∶1的比例混合作为盆栽实验供试土壤,通过不同处理(无植物盆栽对照、有植物盆栽实验)以及施加不同浓度的EDTA和EDTA与苗木生根灵的混合对比实验来观察盆栽土壤中重金属含量情况。结果表明:没有植物作用的土壤中施加EDTA后,Mn、Pb离子浓度均要比0mmol/kg高,说明EDTA提高了土壤中,Mn和Pb离子含量;但施加ED-TA后的有植物盆栽土壤中重金属Mn、Pb含量均要低于相对应的无植物盆栽土壤对照,EDTA促进了栾树对Mn、Pb的吸收;混合组(EDTA+10mL苗木生根灵)实验土壤中Mn、Pb含量在EDTA浓度0.25mmol/kg与1mmol/kg之间、0mmol/kg与2mmol/kg之间的差异性极显著(P<0.01),但是盆栽土壤中重金属含量变化混合组相比无仅添加EDTA组明显,且波动较小;在EDTA施加浓度4mmol/kg时能够最大限度地提高土壤中重金属离子含量,但在1mmol/kg浓度时植物吸收效果最佳。 By analyzing the Xiangtan Manganese Mine tailings wasteland soil physical and chemical properties and heavy metal contents,the use of clay soil and the natural end of a 1∶1 ratio of soil potted soil experiments,applying different concentrations of EDTA and EDTA and the interaction of plant growth such as a conditioning agent series compared,the situation of heavy metals in potting soil was observed.The results show that in the soil without plants acting and then EDTA applied,the Mn,Pb ion concentrations were higher than the 0 mmol/kg,EDTA increased soil Mn and Pb ion content;but after a plant pot put into EDTA,heavy metals in soil Mn,Pb content were lower than the corresponding control without plant potting soil,EDTA promoted K.paniculate trees Mn,Pb absorption;in the mixed group(EDTA +10 mL spiritual roots of seedlings) experiments of soil Mn,Pb with the EDTA concentration 0.25 mmol/kg and 1 mmol/kg between,0 mmol/kg and 2 mmol/kg,the difference was highly significant(P0.01),but the heavy metal content in plants mixed group changed obviously and fluctued clighter than the group only added EDTA when the concentration was EDTA 4 mmol/kg,the soil can increase the maximum content of heavy metal ions;but when with 1 mmol/kg concentration,the plants absorbed best.
