摘要
通过对昆钢镀锌彩涂产品表面缺陷进行研究和分析，总结出现行工艺下镀锌彩涂产品表面缺陷产生的原因、缺陷特征、预防和控制措施，对指导镀锌彩涂产品的质量检验和工艺控制有较好的指导作用。
Through analyzing the surface defect of galvanized series products made in Kungang, the origin , characteristic and protective measure of the surface defect were summarized, and this is instructive to quality test and process control of galvanized products.
