摘要
对一个落后村庄——山西省平遥县A村的农民离散化状态进行了描述,指出导致落后农村农民离散化的原因有:乡村干部和农民的压力型联系几乎消失,村级组织运转经费不足,农民对村干部的不信任感增强,农民收入来源和价值观念的多元化,村民国民化倾向等。农民的离散化影响到了落后农村的有效治理,需要引起决策层的关注,并加以解决,从而推动落后农村的新农村建设和发展。
The article describes the discretization state of A-village in Pingyao, Shanxi province and analyses its reasons as follows： the disappearing pressure relation between rural cadre and villagers; insufficient fund for village organization; the villagers＇increasing distrust on rural cadre; the diversification of villagers＇income and values; the nationalization of villagers and so on.The discretization affect the effective governance in backward rural area so the decision-makers should pay attention to this tendency and resolve it to promote the new socialist rural construction and development.
