摘要
硫酸法钛白粉生产行业是典型的耗水大户,具有较大的节水潜力,目前国内外对该行业节水研究较少。通过对某钛白粉厂用水网络现状的调研分析,本文采用数学规划法对用水网络进行了优化设计。通过建立优化模型,将各单元排水进行最大限度的回用,增加水的使用次数,降低新鲜水用量。研究结果表明,用水网络改造后,新鲜水消耗量和废水排放量分别比改造前减少90t/h,节水率达到36%。
The sulfate process titanium dioxide production has a huge consumption of fresh water with enormous capacity to water saving. However, study on the technology and mechanism to water saving did not be concerned enough. After analyzed based on the survey of one titanium dioxide production factory, author adopted mathematical programming to optimize the water network of the factory. With established the optimization model, the water reuse was sharply increased, the demand of fresh water was reduced. Applied the algorithm of the prioritization scheme, the freshwater consumption and wastewater discharge were reduced by 90t/h compared with the current water system, water con- servation rate achieving 36%.
