摘要
应用“住院精神病人康复疗效评定量表”对101例慢性精神分裂症病人进行效度检验,结果表明,本量表与有关标准的横向检验呈高度正相关(r=0.67～0.86,P<0.001);所有评定标准在治疗前后的差数也呈正相关(r=0.26～0.65,P<0.01);各评定标准在治疗前后均有显著性差异,该量表效度良好,能够反映慢性精神分裂症病人的社会功能缺陷程度,可以作为康复治疗前后的疗效比较。
The validity-test results of 101 patients with chronic schizophrenia are reported. The scale had highly positive correlation to corresponding standards (r=0.67～0.86, P<0.001). All the rating standards got positive correlations in mean difference between per and post-treatment as well. Each stadard of assessment shows significant difference between per-treatment and post-treatment. The fact refleted the severity of social functional defect, and it could can be used to compare the therapeutic deffect before and after rehabilitation. The scale is simple and easy to use.
