摘要
本室分离的鹅副粘病毒是一株对鹅具有较强致病力的病毒,它也能实验感染雏鸡,且雏鸡感染后发病率均为100% ,死亡率50% 以上。人工感染的鸡其症状和病理变化均与鹅自然发病的病变相类似。从感染途径看,注射及接触( 混养)均能感染发病,并且在感染发病及死亡时间上也与鹅感染情况相似,因此该病毒感染鹅同时又能实验感染雏鸡,而且传播之迅速。
The artificial infection test suggested that geese's paramyxovirus isolated formerly had a high pathogenicity to geese. 20_day_old chickens can also be infected with a 100% morbility and an above 50% mortality. The experimental chickens had the same clinical symptoms and pathological changes as the natural case. Both inoculation and contagious transmission, such as co_breeding, caused the chickens diseased, and the time of disease breaking and the death of chickens is similar to geese.
