IQ-21人工肝治疗机病毒滤过治疗慢性丙型肝炎的护理

摘要 目的:应用IQ-21人工肝治疗机、EC-50滤膜滤过丙型肝炎病毒,使患者在抗病毒前外周血丙型肝炎病毒处于低载量,再应用小剂量干扰素、利巴韦林抗病毒治疗,从而提高抗病毒早期应答率,达到远期持续应答疗效。方法:临床上对5例使用IQ-21人工肝治疗机、EC-50滤过膜进行丙肝病毒滤过患者的护理,机器安全运行的监测,各项指标的观察,突出护理在疾病治疗中的重要地位。操作前:IQ-21人工肝治疗机的准备,管路的安装;操作中:护理人员对病人各项指标的监测,使IQ-21正常运行;操作后:患者指标的监测,治疗机的保养等各项护理措施进行总结与分析。结果:有效的护理措施对IQ-21的正确操作,病毒滤过的顺利进行起决定性作用。结论:通过对制定的操作护理措施的总结,有利于指导病毒滤过患者的护理。 Objective: Using IQ-21 artificial liver system, EC-50 ultrafiltration membrane to filtrate hepatitis C virus, so that hepatitis c virus was in low load in peripheral blood. Using small doses of interferon, ribavirin to antiviral treatment so that the early antiviral response rate and achieve long-term response rate can be improved. Methods: We observed the nursing and the safety of the machine in 5 cases to outstand the nursing to be important in treatment. Meanwhile, we determined and summarized the nursing measures in treatment, before and after the operation of IQ-21. Results: Effective nursing and the correct operation of IQ-21 were significant measures for hepatitis c virus filtration. Conclusion: The summary of nursing measures was helpful for guiding the nursing care of patients in the virus filtration.
