摘要
目的 在切削力、重力和顶尖顶紧力的作用下 ,横置的细长轴很容易弯曲甚至失稳 ,因此 ,车削细长轴时有必要改善细长轴的受力问题 .方法 采用反向进给车削 ,配合以最佳的刀具几何参数、切削用量、拉紧装置和轴套式跟刀架等一系列有效措施 .结果 提高了细长轴的刚性 ,达到了加工要求 .结论 本方法操作简单 ,加工精度高 。
Aim On account of contribution of cutting force, gravitational force and pressure of center, the long and thin axle, which is laterally laid up, is easy to bend even to lose steadiness. It is necessary to solve the question when it is turned. Methods The reverse feeding turning is used, and a series of effective measures are taken, such as selecting optimum tool parameter and cutting allowance, using a stretching apparatus and an axle sleeve follow rest. Results The rigidity of long and thin axle is improved, and the turning requirement is satisfied.Conclusion The method is easy to use and has high working precision and has something worthy to be recommended.
