摘要
对一种利用金属丝网波纹填料强化管壳式换热器壳侧传热的方案进行了仿真研究。利用FLUENT软件通过求解多孔介质能量方程研究了金属丝网波纹填料对壳侧传热的强化效果,分析了不同空隙率的波纹填料以及不同入口速度对换热器壳侧传热性能的影响。结果表明:利用金属丝网波纹填料能够明显强化换热器壳侧传热,填料的空隙率越小、流体进入换热器壳侧的速度越小,传热效果越好。由于金属丝网波纹填料具有阻力小、压降低的优点,该强化换热器壳侧传热方案对于低入口速度工况下的换热具有独特优势。
The heat transfer process at shell-side of a heat exchanger scheme by the use of corrugated wire gauze packing was researched by simulation method.The effect of using corrugated wire gauze packing to enhance the heat transfer at shell-side was studied through solving the porous energy equation using the FLUENT software.The influence of the heat transfer performance at shell-side was analyzed under different porosity of corrugated packing and different inlet velocity.The results show that this scheme can enhance the heat transfer at shell-side in shell-and-tube heat exchanger distinctly.And the smaller porosity of corrugated wire gauze packing is,the lower inlet velocity of fluid at shell-side is and,the better performance of heat transfer is.Because the corrugated wire gauze packing has smaller resistance and less pressure reduction,this scheme has unique advantage to the heat transfer at lower inlet velocity.
