摘要
目的:建立关节痛丸的质量控制方法。方法:采用显微鉴别法鉴别豨莶草、牛膝、木瓜和乌梢蛇;采用薄层层析法鉴别当归、牛膝、白芍和续断;并对制剂的正丁醇提取物含量进行测定。结果:显微鉴别明显,易于辨别;薄层色谱中斑点清晰,阴性对照品无干扰;含量限度本品含正丁醇提取物不得少于1.7%。结论:所建立方法快速简便,重现性好,专属性强,可作为关节痛丸的质量控制方法。
Objective:To establish a qualitative method of guanjietong pills. Methods: Microscopic identification method and thin-layer chromatography were used for the qualitative analysis of guanjietong pill. and the content of n-butanol matter was determined. Results:The microscopic identification method of Xi sign grass, radix achyranthis bidentatae etc and thin-layer chromatography identification of angelica sinensis, radix achyranthis bidentatae etc were established. The content limitation of n-butanol matter was 1.7%. Conclusion: This method is simple, reliable, and reproducible and can be used in the quality control of the preparation.
