摘要
在现今政府大力倡导低碳经济的大环境下,建筑节能的号角已然吹响。办公建筑的节能有其特殊性和紧迫性。文章以西安的自然气候条件作为影响因素,针对西安地区新建办公建筑,提出了一套从场地、朝向、遮阳、通风、采光、水体、植被和其他几方面基于气候应变性考虑的低碳设计策略。希望为西安的新建办公建筑的低碳设计提供参考。
Under the environment that the government vigorously promotes low-carbon economy, energy-efficient building design is already sounded the horn. Energy-efficient design for office buildings has its specificity and urgency. Based on climate conditions of Xi＇ an as natural affecting factors, this essay focuses on new-built office building, and brings forward climate response of low-carbon design strategies from points view of site, orientation, shading, ventilation, lighting, water, vegetation and other aspects with the purpose of giving out several advices to low- carbon design strategies for office buildings in Xi＇ an.
