摘要
目的对生发软膏用于治疗脂溢性脱发的临床疗效进行评价。方法将皮肤科门诊86例脂溢性脱发患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,观察患者头部患病皮肤油腻性、瘙痒、脱发的程度以及新发生长情况,进行疗效评价。结果治疗组有效率为90.7%,对照组有效率为72.1%,两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生发软膏在设定的剂量和使用方法下外用,治疗脂溢性脱发疗效满意。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Shengfa Ointment for seborrheic alopecia. Methods Eighty six patients of seborrheic alopecia dermatology clinic were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, The efficiency were evaluated by the observation of the change of greasy skin, itching feeling, hair loss and the new growth of hair situation. Results The treatment group showed an effective rate of 90.7% and the control group was 72.1%, the difference was significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The efficiency of Shengfa ointment for the treatment of seborrheic alopecia is assured.
