摘要 目的分析非复杂性输尿管镜术后放置输尿管支架管能否减轻泌尿系感染。方法制定原始文献的纳入标准、排除标准及检索策略,对Cochrane图书馆数据库、Medline数据库、Embase数据库、Pubmed数据库2003~2010年相关的随机对照试验进行检索,采用RevMan4.2软件进行Meta分析。结果共检索到相关随机对照试验37篇,排除32篇,符合纳入标准5篇进入Meta分析。结果显示,非复杂性输尿管镜术后放置输尿管支架管能降低术后泌尿系感染的发生率,其RR值及其95%CI分别为1.62(1.04~2.52)。结论非复杂性输尿管镜术后放置输尿管支架管引流尿液能降低术后泌尿系感染发生率。 Objective To analyze whether routine stenting after uncomplicated ureteroscopy can reduce the risk of urinary tract infection.Methods Papers on randomized controlled trails(RCT) were searched in databases of Cochrane Collaboration Reviews,Medline,Embase and Pubmed.Review management and data analysis were then conducted with software RevMan 4.2.Results 37 studies with relevant RCTs were found and 5 of them were enrolled in Meta-analysis.The result revealed that stenting after uncomplicated ureteroscopy could reduce the risk of urinary tract infection and the corresponding pooled relative risk(RR) and 95% CI was 1.62(1.04-2.52).Conclusion Routine stenting after uncomplicated ureteroscopy can reduce the risk of urinary tract infection.
