摘要
在行业中具有代表性的物业企业F,其基层员工流失问题严重并由此给企业的发展带来了巨大影响。应从优化内部人力资源配置、构建和谐的企业文化、提升薪酬合理性与公平性、提供充足的职业发展机会与培训等方面,提升物业企业基层员工满意度,从而有效降低流失率。
F is a typical property management company.It has serious problem of grass-roots employee turnover which impact on the development of company.The author has analyzed the satisfaction degree of grass-roots employee through questionnaires survey.The article also analyzes the problems and causes,and puts forwards some suggestions of improving employee satisfaction degree,such as realize the optimization of human resources distribution,build up harmonious corporate culture,enhance fairness and rationality of rewards system and,provide opportunities of career development and training for employees.
