摘要
研究了云南21个烤烟主产区烟叶样品多元有机酸及高级脂肪酸的含量变化。结果表明,(1)多元有机酸总量为(50.00±17.57)mg/g,在不同烟区之间存在广泛的变异,其中苹果酸、草酸二者的含量之和占多元有机酸总量的88.26%,是多元有机酸的主要成分;高级脂肪酸总量为(6.47±0.92)mg/g,在不同烟区之间存在较小的变异,其中饱和高级脂肪酸平均含量为2.08 mg/g,不饱和高级脂肪酸平均含量为4.39 mg/g;(2)通过灰色关联分析,苹果酸、软脂酸、亚麻酸分别对多元有机酸、饱和高级脂肪酸和不饱和高级脂肪酸影响最大,这与3种酸性成分在各类有机酸含量中占有比例最高相一致;(3)聚类分析根据各种有机酸的含量大小划分为4个类群,且不同烟区类群之间存在极显著差异。
Variation of content of multiple organic acids and senior fatty acids in 21 flue-cured tobacco regions was studied.Results indicated that:(1) Total content of multiple organic acids was(50.00±17.57)mg/g,among which the sum of malic acid and oxalic acid which were main components accounted for 88.26%,there existed wide variation for multiple organic acids among different regions.Total content of senior fatty acids was(6.47±0.92)mg/g,among which the saturated senior fatty acid was 2.08 mg/g and the unsaturated senior fatty acid was 4.39 mg/g,there existed less variation for senior fatty acids among different regions.(2)Through gray correlation analysis,malic acid,palmitic acid and linolenic acid respectively had the greatest impact on multiple organic acids,saturated senior fatty acids and unsaturated senior fatty acids,which was consistent with three acid components having the highest ratio.(3)According to the content of various organic acids,regions were classified into 4 groups by systematical clustering method and the differences among the groups were extremely significantly different.
