摘要
随着现代护理学的发展,人性化的服务理念在护理工作中日趋重要。倡导人性化服务,在提升护理质量、增强医院竞争力方面有重要意义。在现代护理中应采用有效途径实现人性化服务,运用有力措施推进人性化服务。
With the development of modern nursing,humanity service concept is becoming more and more important in nursing work.It has important significance to advocate humane services in improving nursing quality and enhancing the competitiveness of the hospital.This paper examines how to achieve human services an effective way in modern nursing and promote human services by effective measures.
