摘要
在企业Ｉｎｔｒａｎｅｔ上原有的信息查询系统中增加一个电子邮件自动发送系统，该系统可以定时地给企业员工在Ｉｎｔｒａｎｅｔ上的电子信箱发送查询系统数据库中的最新信息的摘要内容，并提供一个超链接使员工可以很方便地连结到查询系统。在分析了用于电子邮件传输的ＳＭＴＰ协议的基础上，给出了该系统的Ｄｅｌｐｈｉ实现过程。
This paper introduces an email- autosending subsystem, which sends the latest abstract information in the query database to relevant employees by email at the specified time as well as providing hyperlinks to the query database. It is incorporated into the Intranet-based Information Query System. This paper also presents its implementation using Delphi based on the analysis of SMTP protocol.
