个体化血糖调治技术预防症状性脑动脉狭窄患者脑梗死发生及复发的效果观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨个体化血糖调治技术预防症状性脑动脉狭窄患者脑梗死发生及复发的效果。方法选择初发症状性脑动脉狭窄患者675例,随机分为治疗组472例、对照组203例。两组基本二级预防措施一致,治疗组实施3个阶段6个层次的个体化血糖调治技术,对照组控制糖化血红蛋白<6.5%。随访第3、5年两组功能健康水平、终点事件、不良反应及治疗依从性等。结果治疗组第3、5年功能健康水平均高于对照组(P均<0.05),脑梗死发生和复发、心脏事件、低血糖的发生率均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05),治疗5年病死率低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个体化血糖调治技术预防症状性脑动脉狭窄患者脑梗死发生及复发效果显著、安全、可靠。 Objective To research the effect and security of individual blood glucose modulating technologies for the prevention of cerebral infarction and recurrence in patients with symptomatic cerebral artery stenosis. Methods 675 early patients who suffered from symptomatic cerebral artery stenosis, were randomly divided into treatment group 472 cases, contral group 339 cases. There were the same basic secondary prevention measures in the two groups. There were three sta- ges of the implementation and six levels of individual blood glucose modulating technology in the treatment group. In control group, the glycated hemoglobin was controled less than 6.5 %. Comparing the health function, endpoint event, adverse reactions and compliance after three years, five years treatment of two groups. After 3 years, 5 years the treatment levels of functional health were higher than that of the control group (P 〈 0.05). In the treatment group, the occurrence and recur- rence of cerebral infarction, cardiac events, hypoglycemia were significantly lower than those in the control group ( all P 〈 0.05 ). After 5 years treatment, mortality rate and exit rate of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions The individual blood glucose modulating technology could prevent patients with symptomatic cerebral artery stenosis from cerebral infarction.
