摘要
我国的职业资格证书制度于1994年初建，至今虽然已走过了十几年的历程，但高职院校在实施职业技能鉴定工作中仍存在一些问题，需要加以改进。本文分析了高职院校职业技能鉴定存在的问题．提出了相应的对策。
The system of vocational qualification certificate has bee built in early 1994 in China, yet although it has experienced more than ten years in higher vocational colleges. However, there are still some problems to be improved. This paper analyses existing problems of vocational skill appraisal and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
