摘要
阐述了地方高校工科专业实行分层教学的操作要点和可行性,并从师资和设备和管理等多方面进行了可行性分析,指出在我国地方高校工科开展分层教学可行性的核心问题是如何处理办学资源分配、教学质量和办学效益二者关系的平衡.
This paper describes the operating points and feasibility of applying stratified teaching in local colleges and universities.It focuses on and teaching staff,equipments and management and other aspects.It points out that the key question is how to deal with the relationship among the distribution of educational resources,teaching quality and efficiency.
