摘要
用50L搪瓷釜,过氧乙酸水相悬浮法合成环氧化反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯(ETPI),通过改变过氧乙酸/TPI双键的摩尔比制备了不同环氧度的ETPI,并分别采用红外光谱(IR)、核磁共振(1 HNMR)等手段对TPI的环氧化程度及副反应进行了表征。红外测试结果表明,ETPI环氧度可以达到34.6%,核磁测试结果显示在2.71×10-6处出现明显环氧基团特征峰,定量计算得到典型环氧度为8.7%。
Epoxidized trans-l,4-polyisoprene(ETPI) with different epoxidation extent was synthesized by water phase suspension method in 50L enamel still through adjusting the mole ratio of CH3 COOOH/TPI.
