影响哮喘血管生成的相关因素研究进展
摘要
哮喘是以气道结构的改变、炎症细胞的激活及浸润为特征的一种气道慢性炎症性疾病,它包括上皮下的纤维化、平滑肌细胞肥厚/增生,上皮细胞化生和血管生成。这些结构的变化被认为与哮喘的严重程度及肺功能的持续降低有关,但哮喘血管生成的机制和确切的临床相关性尚未完全阐明。本文主要通过对血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、细胞外基质(ECM)、过敏气道炎症与哮喘血管生成的相关性研究进展做一综述,旨在提高对哮喘气道重塑的进一步认识。
