摘要
【目的】对以雷贝拉唑或奥美拉唑为基础的一周三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌（HP）I＇M性消化性溃疡的疗效进行Meta分析，CA客观评价其疗效。【方法】搜索2005年4月至2010年6月国内期刊公开发表的关于比较雷贝拉唑或奥美拉唑三联疗法治疗HP阳性消化性溃疡的随机对照试验或临床对照试验，根据标准筛选出10篇文献，运用RevMan4．2．2软件对文献试验数据进行Meta分析，绘制森林图，同时绘制漏斗图检查发表偏倚。【结果】雷贝拉唑三联疗法的1，3，7d时症状缓解情况及2周疗程的渍疡愈合率优于奥美拉唑三联疗法；在HP根除率及不良反应发生率方面，两者无显著性差异。【结论】与奥美拉唑三联疗法比较，雷贝拉唑三联疗法具有起效迅速、临床症状缓解快、溃疡愈合率高等优点，是治疗HP阳性消化性溃疡的优选方案。
[Objective] To evaluate the efficacy of rabeprazole or omeprazole based oneweek triple therapy for the treatment of Helicobacter pylori（HP）positive patients with peptic ulcer by using Meta analysis. [Methodsl Ran domized controlled trials or clinical controlled trials of the comparison between rabeprazole and omeprazole based triple therapy for the treatment of positiveHP patients with peptic ulcer published on domestic periodicals from April 2005 to June 2010 were retrieved. According to the criterion, 10 documents were selected. RevMan 4.2.2 software was used for the Meta analysis of document data. The forest plot was drawn, meanwhile the funnel plot was drawn to check the literature publication bias. [Results] Rabeprazole based triple therapy for the symptomatic relief after 1, 3 and 7d treatment and the ulcer healing rate after two weeks of treatment was superior to omeprazole based triple ther apy. There was no significant difference in the eradication of HP and the incidence of adverse reactions between them.[Conclusion] Compared with omeprazole based triple therapy, rabeprazole based triple therapy has advantages such as rapid onset of the effect, quick symptomatic relief and high ulcer healing rate, so it is the better choice for the treat ment of HPoositive patients with peDtic ulcer.
