摘要
目的了解高校实习护生对临床护理工作相关知识及个人能力培养需求的情况和差异性,为教学管理理念及临床教学方法改革提供理论依据。方法采用自行设计的针对不同学历护生的调查问卷,调查内容包括一般资料、能力培养、知识需求等。结果实习护生对临床护理相关知识需求很高,且不同学历实习护生的知识需求差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);在个人能力培养需求方面,不同学历实习护生对教学、科研、护理管理、学习等能力培养需求差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论不同学历实习护生对临床护理工作相关知识及个人能力培养需求不同,教学管理者要针对不同学历护生的需求差异,制订切实的教学计划与措施,满足其不同需求。从而提高高校护生的临床相关知识水平及个人能力,有利于护生稳定的职业态度及价值观的养成。
Objective To learn about the condition and differences of the requirement of nursing students in universities for nursing care knowledge and ability training in order to provide the theoretical basis for the reform of the concept of teaching administration and teaching method.Methods Based on a self-designed questionnaire survey,The investigation content included the general data,ability training and knowledge requirement,etc.Results Nursing students had a thirst for nursing care knowledge,and there was a significant difference between junior college and regular college(P0.01).There was also significant difference in the ability training of nursing,teaching,nursing research and nursing administration between the two groups(P0.01).Conclusion The nursing students with different educational backgrounds have the different requirements for nursing care knowledge and ability training.The administrator should make a practical plan to meet the demands of the nursing students with different qualifications according to the requirement difference among nursing students in order to improve the nursing care knowledge and ability of nursing students in universities,which is advantageous to train good professional attitude and values.
