摘要
针对传统的二氧化硫探测器结构复杂、维护要求高、价格昂贵、数据传输距离受有线传输通信方式的限制、监控人员无法从有害的环境中完全脱离出来、工作效率低下、人员配置存在浪费等问题,提出了一款基于GPRS无线通信模块和电化学传感器的二氧化硫探测器的设计方法。使监控人员从有害环境中完全脱离出来,提高了工作效率,实现了人员的优化配置。电路结构简单,在保证系统精确度和实时性的情况下,降低了制作成本。
To solve the problems in traditional sulfur dioxide detector, such as high price, bulkiness and complex circuit structure, high maintenance requirements, short transmission distance restricted by wire transfer, a solution based on GPRS and electrochemical sensor were introduced into the detector. Monitoring personnel could not get rid of the harmful environment by wire transfer. The new method could take the monitoring personnel getting rid of of the harmful environment and improve efficiency, achieve the optimal allocation of personnel. The device has the simple structure and low cost.
