摘要
本文主要阐释了无形资产国际化经营战略实施进程中所缘于的需求拉力、技术创新力和竞争引力等驱动力作用。企业在“三力”作用下,设计发展中的就势集成力、杠杆协同力和协调共振力的无形资产国际化战略系统。从而阐明无形资产国际化战略是同化于国家产业结构调整战略中,涵化于企业发展战略中,内化于企业发展过程中,是多元战略的渐进整合过程。
This article deals with the implementation of the strategy for the international operation of invisible assets results from such integration powers as demand pull. Technical innovation and compeitive attraction. Under the interaction of the three above - mentional 'powers', enterprises design the strategie system of invisible assets internationalization, takinginto comideration the power of tendency - following, lever coordination power and coordinatal resonance power in development. Therefore, it clarifies that the strategy of invisible assets internationalization is assimilated to the adjustment strategy of national structure, contained in the development strategy of enterprises, and integrated into the process of enterprise development
