摘要
针对特种车辆使用和维修保障的需求,对特种车辆BIT故障诊断与健康管理系统的功能需求、总体架构、硬件和软件组成等技术进行了初步研究,认为该系统能够利用车辆综合电子系统提供的硬件和软件资源,通过对车辆的测试性/BIT设计,实现对车辆关键系统的功能测试和性能监控,提高基层级BIT故障诊断能力;应用系统故障模型、经验数据和信息融合技术,预计即将发生的故障,并估计部件剩余使用寿命.
According to operation and maintenance requirements of special vehicles, the author analyses the function requirements, general construction of fault diagnosis and health management system, which is developed on hardware and software of integrated electronic system of vehicle. The fauh diagnosis and health management system can realize function testing and performance monitoring of key device. Using system fault modeling, experience data and information synthesization technique, the system can forecast potential fault and estimate residual employing life.
