摘要
为研究阻尼钢轨的降噪性能,以标准钢轨和阻尼钢轨为研究对象,采用半消声室法进行室内声试验。通过对比试验,得出了标准钢轨和阻尼钢轨的时域、自功率谱和1/3倍频程曲线图。试验结果表明:阻尼钢轨产生的声压级幅值随时间迅速降低,并且在很短的时间内衰减完毕,衰减时间为标准钢轨的1/16;阻尼钢轨在1250 Hz以下频段范围内降噪效果不明显,在1250 Hz以上频段范围内,阻尼钢轨消耗了大部分能量,总噪声级有很大的降低,降噪效果显著。
In order to research the noise performance of damping rail,a standard rail and a damping rail are taken as the research targets,and the experiment are carried out in the semi-anechoic room.Then the relationship between the standard and damping rails are analyzed,the time-domain and frequency spectrum analysis and the 1/3 octave curve of the standard and damping rails are obtained.The experimental results show that the sound pressure level of the damping rail reduces rapidly over time and dissipates in a very short time,just the 1/16 for the standard rail;Under 1250 Hz,the effect of noise reduction of the damping rail is not apparent;Above 1250Hz,the damping rail consumes most noise energy,and total noise level is greatly reduced;The noise reduction effect of labyrinth constrained damping rail is quite distinct.
